His work spans regenerative farms, agrihoods, retreat centers, restaurants, and mixed-use developments, guiding ventures from early concept through full operations. With a grounded, hands-on approach, he supports founders, property owners, and mission-aligned organizations to bring ambitious ideas to life, build strong teams, and create places that are financially sound, ecologically attuned, and deeply welcoming.
Eric is the founder, proprietor, and CEO of the critically acclaimed Gather Restaurant in Berkeley, California, and has held senior leadership roles across hospitality, real estate-adjacent development, and community-centered organizations.
